State Park Permits
All Alaska State Parks Non-Competitive Park Use Permits for Commercial Activities will be issued out of the Donald E. Gilman Center in Soldotna, Alaska with the exception of Wood-Tikchik and Chugach State Parks. Permits will be issued from the Permitting Officer, Pamela Russell at 907-714-2471. Inquiries can be sent to Alaska State Parks, 514 Funny River Road, Soldotna, Alaska 99669.
Please note that permits are not needed for regular park activities such as camping, hiking, boating, etc. There are fees for the use of certain facilities and reservations must be made to use a public use cabin. Click on the topic below for more information.
